Online registration for the conference is being handled through University of Saskatchewan Conference Events. Once you have successfully registered, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt. We are accepting registration payments via VISA, MasterCard, and AMEX.
TIPS FOR COMPLETING ONLINE REGISTRATION
Changes to an incomplete online registration form cannot be saved for later. If you navigate away from an incomplete form, it will be blank when you return to it.
You will be required to create an account in order to complete the registration form. If you have used the USask online conference registration system before, you may get a message that you already have an account. If you do not know your password, the easiest solution is likely to use a different email address. If not, contact Conference Event Services at 306-966-5539 or conference.events@usask.ca.

STUDENT REGISTRATION
We encourage students to apply for one of our conference scholarships, which cover the cost of registration for the full conference and the Thursday evening dinner and reception.
CONFERENCE HOTEL
ABC 2019 will be held at the Holiday Inn Express/Staybridge Suites, adjacent to the University of Saskatchewan main campus. We have reserved a block of rooms at the conference rate for ABC attendees. The room booking links are available on our Accommodations web page.
SOCIAL EVENT
When you register for the full conference, you will be asked to indicate if you will be attending the Thursday evening dinner and reception. A ticket to the dinner will be included in your full conference registration package. If you register for a single day, the social event is not included but you can purchase a ticket for the event through the online registration form.
Thursday Night Dinner and Reception – Remai Modern Art Gallery
- When: 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm, Thursday May 30, 2019
- Where: Remai Modern Art Gallery – downtown Saskatoon on the South Saskatchewan River at 102 Spadina Crescent East.
- Transportation: There will be shuttles to transport us to the Remai and back to the conference hotel.

- The Collections Gallery will be open from 6:00 to 10:00 pm on Level 2. No food, drinks or flash photography are allowed in the gallery.

REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be provided in writing to conference.events@usask.ca no later than May 17, 2019 and will be subject to a $50.00 + GST administration fee on a regular registration, or a $10.00 + GST administration fee on a student registration. Refunds will not be issued after this date.
